How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team and we'll help you complete the request with Paddle.
Renewals & cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in the Service or via Paddle's customer portal. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged for the next period.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
