1. Who we are

Leverage is operated by Levu Inc. ("Levu", "we", "us"). Levu Inc. is the data controller for the personal data we collect about you when you use the Service.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, login credentials.
• Profile & organization data: company name, role, team members.
• Customer & business data you upload: contacts, leads, jobs, estimates, messages, scheduling info.
• Support communications: messages and attachments you send to support.
• Usage & telemetry: features used, actions taken, error logs.
• Device & technical data: IP address, browser, operating system, device identifiers.

Payment card data is collected directly by our payment provider, Paddle, and is not stored by Levu.

3. How we use your data

• Create and manage your account (contract performance).
• Provide and operate the Service, including AI features (contract performance).
• Customer support and communications (contract performance / legitimate interests).
• Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection (legitimate interests / legal obligation).
• Product improvement and analytics (legitimate interests).
• Marketing communications, where permitted (consent or legitimate interests; you can opt out).
• Compliance with legal obligations.

4. Who we share data with

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, analytics, email delivery, support tooling.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record — for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and similar advisers, where needed.
• Authorities — where required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• Successors — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to protect it.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We aim to respond to verified requests within one month.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security in our database, and regular security review.
